A short, plain-language version. The free games are free. Don't be a jerk. Norwegian law applies.

These terms are between you and Skiwo AS (org. nr. [ORG NUMBER], registered in Oslo, Norway), the company behind Rozana. By using Rozana, you agree to these terms.

1What Rozana is

Rozana is a small set of daily games for the web. Most are free. Some require nothing more than a tap. Skiwo can change which games are available, change how a game works, or retire a game at any time, with or without notice. We try to be fair about it but can't promise specific games will exist forever.

2Who can use Rozana

Anyone old enough to use the open web. Rozana is not directed at children under 13, and people under 13 should not use it. If your country has a higher age of digital consent, please respect that.

3How to behave

Rozana mostly works without an account, so we have very few rules. Don't:

• Try to break, exploit, scrape, or overload the service.
• Submit content that is illegal, defamatory, or designed to harm someone.
• Impersonate another person in any game that uses names (e.g. Lineage).
• Use Rozana to harass, stalk, or threaten anyone.

If you do any of these, we may block your access. We don't owe a refund of anything, because there's nothing to refund.

4Content you submit

Most Rozana games take simple inputs (yes/no, a colour, a mood). For the games where you can submit text or other content (e.g. Chain, Lineage):

• You confirm that what you submit doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.
• You give Skiwo a non-exclusive licence to display and use that content within Rozana, for as long as Rozana exists.
• You can ask us to remove your contributions; we will do so within 30 days.

5Our content

The Rozana games, design, code, and brand are owned by Skiwo AS. You can play the games freely. You can share screenshots and results. You can't copy the games and rebrand them as your own.

6No warranties

Rozana is provided "as is." We don't promise it'll always be available, free of bugs, or suited to any particular purpose. The games are entertainment; if you're using results to make decisions about your life, please don't.

7Liability

To the extent allowed by Norwegian law, Skiwo's total liability for any claim arising from your use of Rozana is limited to NOK 1,000. Some Norwegian consumer protections (e.g. for gross negligence or intent) override this limit and continue to apply.

8Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top changes when we do. If the change is material, we'll surface a banner on the home page for at least seven days before it takes effect.

9Norwegian law

These terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any dispute that can't be resolved by talking to us first will be heard in the courts of Oslo, unless mandatory consumer law in your country gives you the right to your local courts (in which case those apply).
